"Checkout went through, but it dragged a bit"
I ordered from pureluxuries.com and it was mostly okay, but the checkout process felt a bit slow and clunky. A couple of pages took longer than expected to load, and there was a moment where I genuinely wasn’t sure if my payment had gone through or not. I was already dreading having to contact customer service because I never really trust that those things get sorted quickly. Luckily, the confirmation email showed up a few minutes later, so it worked out in the end. Not a horrible experience, but the checkout could definitely be smoother.

"Honestly, really solid communication"
I’ll admit I’m usually loyal to another company, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel trying someone different. But they kept me updated the whole way and replied really quickly whenever I had a question. No issues at all, which definitely makes me reconsider who I’ll go with next time

"Better than I expected for everyday use"
I wasn’t expecting much, just needed a simple wallet for daily use, but this one has been nicer than I thought. My cards fit in easily without feeling too tight, and the zipper is smooth every time I use it.

"Turned up when they say it would"
I ordered a bag from pureluxuries.com and it came on the day they said it will. The tracking was alright too, nothing amazing but it did the job. Wasn’t the quickest delivery ever, but it was reliable enough and I didn’t have any hassle with the parcel.

Got a leather tote from Pure Luxuries it's really well put together. The stitching is neat, the bag feels sturdy not flimsy at all, and the zip glides nice and smooth. You can kinda tell it wasn't just thrown together. Really happy with it so far tbh.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the very next day, which was faster than I expected. Everything was packed properly and there was no hassle at all. It’s just nice when a company does the decent thing and gets your order to you quickly and safely. I’d happily use Pure Luxuries again.

I bought a leather handbag from Pure Luxuries and I’m really pleased with the quality. The leather has that soft, genuine feel but still seems sturdy, and the stitching is nice and tidy. It feels like the kind of bag that should hold up well with regular use.
The only small downside is that the colour was a bit darker in person than it looked in the photos, which is why I’d knock off one star. That said, I still really like it and I’m happy I bought it. Overall, I’d say it’s a good-quality bag and I’d probably order from them again.

"Personalisation was just what I was hoping for"
I was a little unsure how the personalisation would turn out, but it actually looked really neat and clear when it arrived. It was pretty much exactly what I had pictured, not messy or oversized.
You can tell some care went into getting it right, which made the whole thing feel that bit more special as a gift.
Overall, it met my expectations really well and I’m genuinely happy with it. I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice little gift find"
I picked up a leather purse as a birthday present, and judging by the reaction, I think I chose well. The packaging looked smart too, so I didn’t feel like I had to do much extra before giving it. Delivery wasn’t lightning fast, but it arrived in good time. I’d probably come back next time I need a gift that feels a bit more thoughtful without overdoing it.

"Nice bag, but the colour was a bit off"
The bag itself is nice and feels decent, so I’m not unhappy with it. I just thought the colour looked noticeably darker in the photos online, and in person it’s not quite the shade I had in mind. I’m going to keep it because it still works, but i was a little disappointed when I first opened it

Overall I’m happy with it, though I was expecting the instructions or details to be a little clearer in places. If you’re unsure about sizing, definitely check the dimensions because they were spot on for my order.

"Refund was sorted easy enough"
I had to send something back because it just wasn’t quite right for me, if that makes sense. I was expecting the refund to maybe be a bit of a long thing, but it actually got dealt with quick. They kept me updated, and the money came back without me having to chase anyone around for it. So yeah, not bad at all really, I’d use Pure Luxuries again.

I got the exchange sorted in the end, so no major complaints there. It just took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating since I’m careful about getting good value for what I pay. Overall it was okay, just wish the process had been quicker.

"Handy little everyday bag"
I’ve been using this bag for my day-to-day stuff and it’s been really useful. The pockets actually make it easy to keep things organized, and it fits way more than I expected. Small win, but I’m no longer digging around forever for my keys.
